With the rapid development of Shangri-La County Tourism, the soil carrying capacity atscenic spot is increasing year by year and the unreasonable tourism activities will affect thesustainable development of the plateau soil environment. There are Pudacuo National Park inJiantang Town of Shangri-La County, Yila prairie and Conggu prairie of NaPaHai naturereserve. The soil mixed samples of0~20cm and20~40cm depth are taken through the fieldinvestigation. The soil mixed samples come from different locations at scenic spot. Some aretaken from the places where tourist activities are very frequent and the others with referenceto the sample are come from places where soil are affected slightly or never been affected bytourism activities. There are18indicators needing been analyzed in laboratory. They are soilbulk density, specific gravity, mechanical composition, pH,organic matter, cation exchangecapacity, total nitrogen, total potassium, alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen, rapidly availablephosphorus, rapidly available potassium, As, Hg, Cd, Cu, Cr, Pb and Zn. Then we get theexperimental analysis datas through soil experiment. Single factor quantitative research andcomparative analysis are used to study the influence of tourism activities on the soilenvironment. Quantitative evaluation of increasing rate of soil bulk density on tramplestrength of soil, and comprehensive assessment of soil nutrient and soil quality with Mei luoindex method and Fuzzy mathematical evaluation method are are main analysis tasks.Theresult are as follows.Soil bulk density is high in tourism activity strongly areas. Soil water content is low intrample strongly areas. Alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen, rapidly available phosphorus, rapidlyavailable potassium, total nitrogen and total potassium of mixed sample are higher thanindicators of reference sample. Soil physical and chemical factors and soil heavy metalcontent are almost conform the national soil environmental quality standards except forexcessive amounts of As content in Conggu prairie. Soil heavy metal content of Yila prairieof NaPaHai nature reserve and roads in Pudacuo National Park are very different betweenmixed sample and reference sample. Excessive multiples of Cd content and Zn content fromsoil mixed sample7(02) are20.8and2.5because of effects from road and tour bus.Soil bulk density increase rate is small(≦0.2). Pudacuo National Park is trampled slightly or never been trampled. Yila prairie and Conggu prairie of NaPaHai lakeside aretrampled slightly.Soil nutrient index is higher (≧2,1). The soil is fertile or very fertile. Soilcomprehensive index is higher(≧0.5). Soil quality is medium, good or excelent.
