Due to a large number of industrial emissions and the application of chemicalpesticides, organochlorine compound has become a major source of environmentalpollution that affects and restricts the human life and health, most people pay closeattention to the dechlorination of organochlorine compounds. Although there has been a lotof methods for dechlorination, most have disadvatntages such as expensive cost, incomplete dechlorination and complicated process. Hydroechlorination and degradation oforganochlorine compounds can reduce the source of pollution and make it change intouseful organics. Developing highly active, highly selective, long life catalysts forhydrodechlorination reaction has become more and more popular. In this paper, we studiedthe preparation of porous materials supported Pd catalysts and their catalytic performancein the dechlorination reaction of organochlorine compounds.Firstly, we prepared microporous organic polymer supported Pd catalysts[KAPS(Ph-PPh3)-Pd] by friedel-crafts reaction and impregnation. They were characterizedby FT-IR, NMR, N2-adsorption and desorption, XPS. Then we discussed the influence oftime, amount of catalyst, temperature, solvent, base in the dechlorination reaction andrecycle number of catalyst. The optimized reaction condition is that benzyl chloride canafford fast convert with20mg catalysts、EtOH、K3PO4·3H2O at80℃for15minutes.Under this condition, we expanded a lot of substrates. Benzyl chloride derivatives all can beconverted and got a high yield by prolonging reaction time. Under the same condition, chlorobenzene derivatives were also be converted by changing H2as hydrogen source(yield>90%).Second, we synthesized different carrier supported Pd catalysts. With SBA-15ascarrier, we regulated different size of PdO nanoparticles by adding different mass ratio ofcitric acid on the basis of PdCl2. They were characterized by XRD and TEM. Then wediscussed the influence of catalysts which had same content but different size of PdO nanoparticles in the dechlorination reaction of benzyl chloride. They afford no obviousdifference in the conversion of benzyl chloride.
