The Research Of Ring Opening Reactions Of Aziridines On Silica Gel In Water

Aziridine derivates are important compounds for their widely application asintermediates of many organic reactions. Many nitrogen compounds are obtainedthrough the ring opening reactions of aziridines, which catching tightly the sight ofchemists for years. Researchs about the ring opening reactions mostly concentrated onthe composition of diamine or other nitrogen compounds using aziridines and aminesas reactants catalyzed by acid or metallic compound in organic solvent, which givegood yields yet go against the purpose of green chemistry now. Reactions on silica gelmedia is a new and developing hot point recent years, whose main features are handyoperation and easily recycle of the silica gel. In the thesis we study the ring openingreactions of aziridines on silica gel in the basis of papers already published.15products at room temperature and3protucts when heated are received and detected by1H NMR,13C NMR, IR and MS. The research broadens the ring opening methods andlay foundations of the synthesis of nitrogen heterocyclic compounds that hardlyobtained by other means.
