Our country is energy consumption, but energy efficiency is lower than theadvanced countries. America’s energy utilization rate has exceeded60%, while only30%in our country[1]. In iron and steel industry, for example, to generate the effectiveenergy accounted for28.3%of total energy use and the remaining71.7%is convertedinto heat[2]. The important cause of this phenomenon is that recycling of waste heatutilization rate is low. Through the analysis of the steel industry status of recovery ofwaste heat, found that high temperature waste heat resource recovery rate is relativelyhigh, low temperature waste heat (below230℃) recovery rate is very low, roughly atthe levels of5-10%.Based on the heating furnace of steel rolling vaporization cooling system toproduce the low temperature low pressure steam generator as the research content,small-scale, low temperature low pressure, discussing the frequent fluctuation ofsteam to generate electricity. Respectively from the choice of power conversionequipment, power cycle type, choice of generators, grid mode selection, etc.According to the different requirements of energy-using units and thecharacteristics of the power cycle, design several different scheme respectively, andthe theoretical calculation, respectively.
