Different from the reciprocating motor, Screw motor is a positive displacement motor,also known as fixed displacement motor, with the same types of pumps, compressors aretogether evolve from the study that is invented by a French engineers. Because of itstorque, smooth work, are widely used in oil drilling, geological exploration and defenseprojects. at present screw motor still have many problems. Such as sealing leaks, vibrationand deform at high temperature of rubber bushing, life is short and so on.Currently thedirect interaction on zhe screw drill of fluid-structure simulation is very small. Most arestudies of screw pump, ignoring the problem of the hydraulic drive and contact seals. Forthe simulation of screw drill, as it relates to the many complex issues. Now themainstream simulation algorithm can not solve these problems, but the screw hole in theindustrial,life, defense and other areas have important uses, so it is very essential to theirresearch, it is very important to looking for the more generic simulation method.Simulation of the screw motor can be seen as a problem that the rotor are rotating athigh speed and collision that is drive by high-pressure liquid, in this paper, according thecycloid and bone line of motor screw, creating a model of six head screw motor. the modelconsiders the problem that the super-elastic of rubber bushing, friction between rotor andstator, and a problem that the contact seal under fluid-structure interaction. Modelbasically meet the requirements of hydraulic drive.by the analysis of numerical simulation, this article has been get the movement of therotor, deformation of the rubber bush and force status. Also studied the pressure differencecycle and axial force in both conditions that have anti-torque and no anti-torque. Insummary study of theory and numerical methods in this article is very important to studythe fluid-structure interaction of screw motor, it also can effectively improve productquality and shorten the development cycle.
