Silver ethynyl complexes cause widespread concern thanks to their structural diversityand photoelectric properties. they are more and more widely used in the field of materials,especially as precursors of nonlinear optical materials, luminescent probes, and rigid-rodmolecular wires.Several silver ethynyl complexes were obtained by the reaction of [tBuC≡CAg]nor[PhC≡CAg]n, different soluble silver salts like AgNO3, AgBF4or CF3COOAg andS-containing ligands such as (C2H5O)2PS2Na or (C3H7O)2PS2Na. The complexes weremainly characterized by means of single crystal analysis. And elemental analysis and IRwere chosed as supplementary means.The mian contents according to the S-containing ligands are listed as following threeparts:Ⅰ. The synthesis and characterization of silver clusters constructed with ethynide anddiethyldithiophosphate ligands. A series of high-nuclearity silver ethynide clusters wereobtained with [tBuC≡CAg]n、AgBF4or AgNO3、(C2H5O)2PS2Na as the starting materials indifferent volatile solvents.Ⅱ. The synthesis and characterization of silver clusters constructed with ethynide anddiisopropyldithiophosphate ligands. A series of high-nuclearity silver ethynide clusters wereobtained with [tBuC≡CAg]nor [PhC≡CAg]n、AgBF4or CF3COOAg、(C3H7O)2PS2Na as thestarting materials in different volatile solvents.Ⅲ. The synthesis and characterization of silver clusters assembled with ethynide andpolyoxometallates. A series of high-nuclearity silver ethynide clusters were obtained with[tBuC≡CAg]n、 CF3COOAg、(C2H5O)2PS2Na and [(C2H5)4N]3[H3V10O28]·2H2O or[(n-C4H9)4N]2[Mo6O19] as the starting materials in different non-volatile solvents. Unlike thecases mentioned above, O,O-dialkyldithiophosphates were not involved in coordination.It is demonstrated that different anions of soluble silver salts attach greate importance onthe structure; the alkalinity of tetramethylethylenediamine(TMEDA) can fix the CO2in theair, Promoting the transformation of CO2to CO32-; the interaction between O,O’-dialkyldithiophosphates and Ag+has a time horizon; non-volatile solvents(such as N,N’-dimethylformamide and H2O) are beneficial to the interaction between polyoxometallatesandAg+, and block the coordination of O,O’-dialkyldithiophosphates.
