With the further attention to the work of environmental protection, the medium and large urban sewage treatment facilities perfect, the urban sewage treatment capacity and sewage treatment rate continues to improve, sludge as a byproduct of wastewater treatment, the yield also increases by a wide margin.This paper takes the anaerobic digestion system of wangxinzhuang wastewater treatment plant in Zhengzhou as the research object, from the soil temperature, p H, acid and alkali ratio, gas production rate and other aspects of analysis, analysis of the main technical and economic indicators. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) According to the wangxinzhuang digestive system of 2014, 1-12 run the monitoring data and analyze the operation of the digestive system. The annual digestive juice of 6.68-7.43 was between 0.085-0.151, p H value was stable, and the process of producing acid and producing methane was stable. The p H of the digestive juice in winter was lower, p H ratio, summer p H, p H and p H, and the p H of the digestive system, and the acid-base balance of the system was moved.. The temperature of wangxinzhuang mud is high, the temperature of the mud is relatively high, the temperature of the mud is about 33-34, and the temperature of the mud is not easy to maintain, and the basic control is about 30. Although the temperature of the whole year reached 4 degrees Celsius, but the change process is slow, and did not change, it is not stopped gas production phenomenon.(2) Through the analysis of wangxinzhuang digestive system from January to December 2014 into mud organic composition and moisture content and other data, the calculation of anaerobic digestion of organic decomposition rate and gas production rate, and with the theoretical value were compared, found that: wangxinzhuang digestive system into the mud organic composition showed seasonal variation, and the summer is the machine is low in winter. Theory, organic decomposition rate with the increase in mud organic composition of increasing, but due to the high summer mud winby winter soil temperature, and residence time is shorter than that in winter, so the organic decomposition rate trend did not show a seasonal variation. wangxinzhuang digestive system gas production rate, including the unit volume of sludge volume and mass per unit volume of organic products production, the measured value of and theoretical values are close and consistent, which indicates that the digestive system is running well.(3) In the summer, the digester throw mud volume, into the soil organic matter content is low, large gas production, gas production rate is low, digestion is not complete; in winter, digester throw mud volume small, high into the soil organic matter content, low quantity of gas production, gas production rate is higher, digestion is complete. According to the above analysis, into the soil organic matter content is high, organic reduction rate is high, gas production rate is high; into mud volume is larger, production volume is high, simply raising into mud volume can increase the gas production, but the production rate of gas does not necessarily high.(4) The content of hydrogen sulfide in the biogas increased year by year.(5) The direct operating cost of Wangxinzhuang anaerobic digestion system was 2,999,000 RMB/year.
