Coal which dominates energy structure is important for the strategic of our country’s.However, in recent years, with increasing mining depth and intensity, coal mine safety accidents occur frequently. In the major coal-producing countries of the world, the mining conditions of our country is worst.The number of the serious disasters is most in the world.while the shortcoming of the enterprises’ equipment and safety facilities is another cause of frequent mine accidents.The landslides as well as roof accompied by mine accidents lead to the escape routes blocked and the loss of communication. The workers could not get out in time. Due to the lack of air within a confined space and may containing harmful gases,it is the seriously threat to the safety of personnel.The survival rates of the trapped people can be improved by implementing prompt and effective rescue. But the communication equipments were destroyed in the disaster. Establishing timely and reliable communications between trapped and rescue personnel is important to get the information of the trapped,location and rescue.After the accident,the underground laying rails are almost unbreakable.The means of communication on the rail carrier can quickly establish emergency communications in the aftermath of the scene and locate people trapped.Based on the analysis of acoustic and vibration wave similarities and differences, it concluded that the study of vibration wave propagation can be use the acoustic research method and theory.By tapping on the rail experiments and testing the vibration signal, it proved the feasibility of vibration signal transmission on the rail. study the vibration dispersion characteristics of wave propagation in homogeneous rail, such as group velocity, phase velocity and attenuation characteristics.Study that how the damage degree of impact effect the vibration characteristics when wave propagate in non-uniform rail.In addition,external factors will have an impact on propagation of vibration wave.This article mainly analyzes the non-uniform temperature changes on the influence of the vibration wave. For cases where the communication paralysis after mine accident,rail-based emergency rescue communications system is designed.the trapped place the portable device on the rails and use handhold device buttons to send out a distress signal.The Rescuers place the same device on rails and use high-sensitivity vibration acceleration sensor to detect the vibration signal and extract useful information.Meanwhile, semi-analytical model of rails.Calculate the equivalent damping loss factor and decay rate of rail and draw the attenuation curve.According to the amplitude of the vibration signal of transmitter, rescuers received amplitude of vibration signals and its decay rate,it can calculate the distance between the trapped and rescuer so that locate the trapped.In the lab,emergency communication system was tested on marble.The results showed that the communication system can be used to send distress signal.While vibration signals transport on rail was better than marble, this showed that the emergency communication system based on rail is practical.The modal hammer was used to act on the rails and imposed an incentive.The acceleration sensor was used to collect the response signal.Rail by rail semi-analytical finite element model, It can calculate the equivalent damping loss factor and the attenuation of vibration wave with the rail semi-analytical finite element model.The experimental results showed that using this positioning system could locate the vibration source of 1-kilometer.Based on vibration signal to locate trapped people was to use the underground laying rail to transport the vibration signal.It both Reduced the cost of relief and overcome the difficulty of locating the trapped people after disaster.It reduced the risk coefficient of the relief and rescue work. the efficiency of rescue was improved.It provided new ideas and new methods for the underground location.The study of positioning system in the country is still blank.It Has good market prospects and can lead to greater social benefits. |
