We prepared layered YBO3:Ce3+,Yb3+ nano materials with the hydrothermal. Test results show that have the good quantum cutting efficiency.To peel Layered materials by microwave ultrasonic method.The organic solvents have methylene chloride, dimethyl sulfoxide and N-methyl pyrrolidone, Less layered YBO3:Ce3+ and Yb3+ nano materials was prepared. Test results show that have the better quantum cutting efficiency.Using PVP reduct the silver nitrate to prepare silver nanoparticles, we used scanning electron microscope photos to choose the best condition. The YBO3:Ce3+, Yb3+nano fluorescent material is coupling with silver nanoparticles we choosed. We used two methods which is coupled. The last, Layered YBO3:Ce3+, Yb3+nano materials’ light-emitting enhanced obviously in near infrared region.We used the microwave ultrasonic method to prepare 2d-porous YBO3:Ce3+, Yb3+nano materials. We selected three different ratio of acid as solvent. The three kinds of acid sued the same processing method. In same acidic solution, when the concentration of H+is more that the hole will more, it can be explained by the acid corrosion of crystal, the grain size of borate after annealing is neat rows crystal structure, the corrosion is common on the flat surface. When corrosion can is having, the difference will disappear when it became bigger hole. When the diameter of the hole reaches about 100 nm, the corrosion successively disappear, the difference between the area of the edge contact acid have not much difference between the area of contact with crystal acid, so the diameter of the hole at about 100 nm, the diameter will not change too much in this period, it won’t appear particularly large hole. Finally we can get porous two-dimensional YBO3:Ce+, Yb3+ nano materials. Test results show that the specific surface area is bigger, the material’s cutting quantum efficiency is also better.
