With the transformation of China’s economic growth mode, the environment deteriorating, the extreme weather occurring frequently, caused average hot weather to continue in 24 ~ 27 days or more of most southern China every year. High temperature not only has greater impact on agriculture production, causes the body discomfort, reduces efficiency, but also leads to heat stroke, suffering from intestinal diseases and cardiovascular and other diseases. Using cooling refrigeration equipment can cause a lot of energy consumption inevitably, thus low energy consumption transparent-insulated coating came into decreasing the indoor temperatures in summer.For the current transparent-insulated coating exist the lack of stain resistance,have too much volatile organic components and other issues, through analysised the transparent insulation mechanism and stain resistance mechanism of transparent-insulated coating, selected antimony tin oxide(ATO) as a functional filler, prepared nanoscale semiconductor material ATO which molar ratio of Sn: Sb was 11:1 by polymeric paralysis method; Use water as reaction medium, acrylic and fluorine monomer as reactive monomers, prepared a emulsion with a low surface energy hydrophobic structure- fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion as the film substrate of the transparent-insulated coating; used a combination of methods of mechanical stirring and chemical additives methods mixed them to be a homogeneous system.Selected a spray method to film the paint evenly in the building glass surface,expected to reduce the indoor air temperature to a certain extent, alleviate human inconvenience caused by high temperature, reduce energy consumption, and improve stain resistance properties of the coating, reduce emissions of volatile organic compound(VOC).First of all, comparative analysised the of pros and cons of polymeric paralysis method and chemical co-precipitation in preparing ATO, selected the preferred one;Then study the effects of different antimony content on ATO performance; And discussed its water slurry preparation by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that: preparing ATO by polymeric paralysis, the process was simpler,more compact, and the time required was shorter, and the ATO powder always with smaller particle size, more uniform particle size distribution, about 50 nm, difficult to agglomeration,more uniform dispersion, greater conductivity; When the ATO composition of the molar ratio of Sn: Sb was 11: 1, the particle size of ATO was the smallest, about 30 ~ 50nm; Optimum preparation conditions of Nano ATO water slurry was that mechanical dispersion time was 3.5h,the amount of a chemical dispersant was 2.1%, scattered disk rotation speed was 1050 rpm.Secondly, selected butyl acryl ate(BA) which can impart resin flexibility,methyl methacrylate(MMA) which can impart resin hardness, and meth acrylic dodecafluoroheptyl acryl ate(DFHMA) who had hydrophobic structure as main monomers, applyed seeds- semi-continuous to synthesis fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion matrix, and evaluated the basic properties of the emulsion coating. The results showed that: when the dosage of coalescent glycol butyl ether to the fluorine-containing polyacrylate emulsion was 8%, it had a good film effect under natural drying conditions; its minimum transmittance of UV was 40%,transmittance of visible light was up to 80% or more, showed that it had a good transparency but also can block ultraviolet effectively; its film adhesion rating was1, indicating that it had a good adhesion; its contact angle with water was 93.23 °,with dimethicone was 60.03 °on average, showed that it had good hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, then the contaminants attachment to its surface toughly,in another word it has a certain stain resistant features.Thirdly, selecting fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion as the film substrate of the transparent-insulated coating; antimony tin oxide(ATO) as functional filler,designed the coating formulation through the critical pigment volume concentration(CPVC) principles. Formulated a range of different PVC coatings and tested their density and gloss; Test results showed that: When the PVC was about 0.6, it had the maximum density and the lowest gloss, were 1.01397051 g/cm3 and 35.6. It indicates that the CPVC of paint was about 0.6. Studyed the different effects of mechanical means of paint storage stability, the results showed that: the low surface energy transparent-insulated coatings prepared by versatile dispersion grinding mechin had best storage stability, neither crust, coagulation large particle and the change of viscositywas less than 15%.Finally, sprayed the low surface energy transparent-insulated coating to the glass which specification was 16 × 16 cm by spray gun, the thickness was about20μm. Selected self-made insulation test device system to test its thermal insulation properties, Visible- IR – NIR to analysis its transparent insulated performance,flushing device to test its stain resistance, gas chromatography techniques to detectthe VOC content qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that: when the temperature was above 30 ℃,it had an obvious insulation; the internal maximum cooling value was about 1.5 ℃ of applying coating chamber under the 300 W halogen lamp illumination conditions, the internal maximum cooling value was about 2.5 ℃ of applying coating chamber under the 1000 W halogen lamp illumination conditions; The transmittance of coating within the range of the visible light was more than 70%, having a good transparency; it had no chromatic aberration before and after the srain test, stain rating was 0, having good stain resistance. Gas chromatography analysis showed the mainly composed of VOC were hydrophobic monomer DFHMA and coalescent ethylene glycol butyl ether,the total content was about 2.5g/L, far below the provision of water-based paint VOC content ≤120g/L from "interior decoration materials, interior wall paint harmful subst ances"(GB18582-2008), indicated that the transparent-insulated coating had a very low VOC content.
