| With the rapid development of science and technology, the printing industry is focusing on the research and application of shaftless motors. The complex traditional mechanical drive shafts are replaced by the electronic AC motor drive axis. The control of such a system depends upon the accurate electronic synchronous digital intelligent servo motors and the precise synchronization control intelligent servo motors. Therefore, this paper researches in the servo motor controllers of presses. It can replace expensive products produced by Mitsubishi, which greatly reduces costs.This paper describes the overall system design of servo controllers, including hardware and software design. The hardware design includes the design and implementation of PLC, pulse output circuits and high-speed counters. The hardware circuits are Smallest single-chip system, RS485 debugging circuits, FPGA and DDS circuits, isolation circuits, optocouplers and the Ethernet circuits. The software includes the analysis of interactive scene and the corresponding software design of each module. This part discusses the PLC-driven software in detail, and the embedded software involves the main slave H-Modbus communication, reading and writing profiles of two parts. The pulse output module consists of a pulse parameter calculator, the jog pulse output stop interface, the pulse output interface and the interrupt handling interface of FPGA. The high-speed counter mainly includes the quadrature encoder interface and the interrupt interface.Finally, the whole system has been jointly debugged and tested. It tests the communication of masters and slaves, the output of pulse output modules and the accuracy of high-speed counters under the control of PLC host. And those experiment results are analyzed at the end of this article. |
