There are 347 steam injection in Liao he Oilfield, most have been running for more than 15 years, due to the lack of the necessary technical means, there are different levels of thermal efficiency is reduced, resulting in the boiler thermal efficiency is mainly due to lower flue gas temperature is high, there is no smoke index in the best condition, etc., in order to solve the boiler thermal efficiency and reduce the actual problem, we launched the "ripple online soot blowing steam injection technology research and application", through a large number of laboratory tests, and completed an online gas pulse soot reduce exhaust gas temperature device development, the device can achieve online soot blowing, the flue gas temperature dropped from the highest of 360 ℃ to below 250 ℃, the decline of more than 100 ℃, therefore, have a very significant effect, it is an effective means of improving the thermal efficiency one.The generator of online gas pulse is located in downstream of soot blowing device, the main space of a gas deflagration.this design by FLUENT software, to simulate this soot blower and observe the flow field inside the generator and analyze each point temperature generator, the pressure, velocity.
