Research On The Water Plugging With Retarded Emulsified Thickened Oil

The water plugging with activated viscous oil used in waterflooding blocks of Gaosheng Oilfield has made some achievements.However there are problems of high emulsifying speed,high injection pressure and easy to solidification in the construction time using the system mainly with high pour point viscous oil,leading to the low success rate of construction.Therefore,we start the research of water plugging with retarded emulsified thickened oil,in order to ensure the construction progress smoothly and improve the plugging effect.In this paper,we carry out the experiments of different improved emulsifier combinations,and research on the retarded emulsifying of simple dewatered viscous oil in Gaosheng Oilfield and of exporting mixed viscous oil in the combination station. We notice that the viscosity and stability of emulsions vary from emulsifier to emulsifier.Finally we choose the emulsifier that combined with sodium lignosulfonate, DYRH-WO-1 and SDS,and oil of simple dewatered viscous for research.The affecting factors of emulsified viscous oil stability are researched.Based on the consistency, water content, degree of mineralization and temperature,the form, viscosity-temperature feature and boundary tension are studied,so that the best using consistency, water content,temperature and degree of mineralization are found.The performance of this water plugging system is evaluated,and with the coreflooding experiment,EOR effect is studied,meanwhile,the injection parameters is optimized as well as the construction plan,based on the core experiment with diverse PV.The possibility of using such water plugging system with retarded emulsified thickened oil in Niuxintuo Oilfield is also evaluated,and the emulsifier is worked out,and affecting factors retarded emulsifier are analysed,and the performance of this water plugging system is evaluated,the retarded emulsifying of thickened oil is realized.
