With rapid development of major oil fields, a large number of oil wells are confronted with the risk of abandonment. The method of plugging massive cement slurry into wells is mainly adopted with regard to abandoned wells treatment. However, if the plugging process is not effective, bypass between layers may occur and thus affect water flooding in late stage. Worse are setback phenomenon in well or neighboring well and environment pollution problem. This paper then, based on the reservoir characteristics of studied area of Fuyu oil field, proposes the cement slurry flow model within cementing reservoir, analyses relevant influencing factors of plugging radius in the process of cement injection, and adopts comsol software to apply finite element simulation to injection time, injection pressure, cement slurry density and injection aperture respectively. In this way relevant parameters of cement slurry blocking abandoned wells could be optimized, and the success rate of cementing would be greatly improved in case of the bypass between layers or even setback phenomenon when cementing abandoned wells in Fuyu oil field. Furthermore, it also saves the cost of site construction. |
