Nowadays, Expansion of polymer flooding in oil field, oil field produced water efflux of water stress and pollution are in need of solution. If this problem can solve, it will enable the oilfield wastewater recycling. DaQing the fifth oil factory has entered extra high water cut period. Input-output ratio is gradually increased in the polymer flooding. In this thesis, through theoretical analyses, apparatuses testing and indoor physical simulation experiment. For diluting high polymer solution with wastewater in different concentration, the viscosity, shear-resistance, viscoelasticity, stability and molecular size. These performance parameters were studied through comparative experiments. The results showed that high polymer solution with deep treated wastewater was superior the high solution prepared and diluted with biochemical wastewater in the experiment of polymer property test. In the same solvent water quality under the premise, there has the greater the concentration of polymer solution preparation as well as the greater resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient and oil displacement effect is better. After a comparative analysis of the data, This paper found that dilute the high polymer solution with the wastewater containing 600 mg/L residual polymer is the best in the property and The displacement effect. From five of oil production in DaQing the fifth oil factory and injection capacity evaluation factors to consider, it was advised to prepare and dilute the high polymer solution with the wastewater containing 600 mg/L residual polymer in DaQing oilfield. Not only can save polymer powder dosage, and reduce containing poly wastewater treatment technology.
