On the basis of literature review and survey, theoritical explosion parameters of crude oil associated gas of provided composistion, associated gas fire blast experiment, risk simulation of low-temperature oxide-explosion inside oil pipe, technological safety measures of explosion accidents prevention and safety equipments outfit scheme are studied through the theoritical and empirical formula computing, gas explostion experiments, gas explostion results simulation and harmful factor analysis.(1)Theoritical and experiment value of crude oil associated gas explosion limits of provided composion in air injection displacement experimental plot of Jilin oilfield under initial temperature and pressure are achieved through theoritical computing and experiments.(2)Results from AutoReaGas simulation shows there is a intimate relationship between explosion overpressure value inside oil pipe and initial temperature. Evident change of overpressure value of explosion limits appears for the initial temperature increasing, up to more than 450 MPa, which will add a serious destruction to the oil tube and wellhead.However, the tube far away from the explosion area, the changes of pressure and temperature are unconspicuous.(3)Explosive blast and fragment can be harmful to human and equipments when the combustible gas explosion takes place in gas injection tube.(4)Reasons of accidents and harms of air compressor, gas injection pipe, injection well hole are analyzied, and technological safety measures of explosion prevention are put forward,as well as the safety equipment outfit scheme.
