Fuel oil is the blood of world economy, with the rapid development of world economy of fuel oil are also in demand. But increasing pressure caused by using fuel oil pollution to the environment more, including the impact on the environment is a maximum in the process of fuel oil burning will produce SOx, SO2 is the most abundant pollutants,atmospheric pollution source is one of the main. Hydrodesulfurization technology compared with traditional, oxidative desulfurization(ODS) technology is relatively mild reaction conditions, simple equipment and easy to obtain low cost, and ease of removal of benzene and thiophene sulfur compounds, can carry on the ultra deep desulfurization of fuel oil. Therefore, oxidative desulfurization technology has very broad prospects for development, has become a research hotspot in the desulfurization technology aspect.Peroxide heteropoly acid(salt) catalyst is a kind of multifunctional green excellent catalyst has high catalytic activity, not only, and does not pollute the environment and no corrosion to equipment. May foresee, along with the people to the peroxide heteropoly acid(salt) on the structure and catalytic properties of deepening of the study, by changing the synthesis method, catalyst component elements, quaternary ammonium salt type, carrier and other substances with combination design performance more new excellent catalyst, oxygen heteropoly acid(salt) has been used more widely used in catalytic field.The This experiment will phosphotungstic acid peroxide salt load to the SiO2, Al2O3-SiO2, TiO2- SiO2, and by adding La, Ce, P, Fe and other additives on SiO2 as the carrier of the supported phosphotungstic acid peroxide salt modification, M- was HPWO/SiO2,Al2O3 / HPWO- SiO2, HPWO/TiO2- SiO2 three kinds of catalyst, hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, respectively to simulate oil, catalytic oxidation desulfurization of gasoline and diesel. The best preparation conditions of catalysts was studied, and examined the catalyst is the best reaction conditions respectively. The experimental results show that the homemade three kinds of catalyst has high catalytic activity.(1) the Ce- the best preparation conditions for HPWO/Si O2: under normal temperature, 3% cerium load, n(H3O40PW12) : n(CTAB), n = 1:3(H3O40PW12) : n(H2O2)= 1:30. Their appropriate reaction conditions, the removal of BT rate can reach 99.10%,diesel desulfurization rate can reach 92.47%.(2) HPWO/Al2O3- the best preparationconditions for Si O2: under normal temperature, si/al molar ratio of 3:1, n(H3O40PW12) : n(H2O2) = 1:30, load by 10%. Respectively under the suitable reaction conditions, the BT removal rate is 99.75%, the maximum of gasoline desulfurization rate can reach 87.37%,of diesel desulfurization rate can reach 86.19%;(3) the HPWO/TiO2- the best preparation conditions for SiO2: under normal temperature, n(Ti) : n(Si) = 1:4, n(H3O40PW12) : n(H2O2) = 0 1:30, n(H3O40PW12) : n(CTAB) = 1:3. Respectively under the suitable reaction conditions, the BT removal rate is 99.24%, the maximum of diesel desulfurization rate can reach 94.06%. And three kinds of homemade catalyst after repeated use four times, the catalytic activity decline is not particularly evident, repeated good usability.
