With the developing of exploration and development of the LiaoHe Oilfield, many low pressure and low permeability reservoirs were developed gradually. Due to the advanced stage of development, the formation is prone to leakage when drilling serious because of serious deficit, which not only damages the reservoir, but also affects the drilling progress seriously. The recyclable micro-foam drilling fluid can solve the serious loss problems in low pressure formations in a certain extent, in addition to this, it can protect the reservoir, So the recyclable micro-foam drilling fluid has a high economic and social benefits.To protect the QianShan fractured reservoir of CiCai and ShenCai, the no-soild aphrons micro-foam drilling fluid were used, however, the application showed that the original system stability were fail to use requirements for the high ground temperature. Through in-depth research, some agents which can tolerable 150℃ were optimized,consisting of foaming agent,foam stabilizing agent and filtration reducer,then the formula was adjusted so that it has a reasonable drilling fluid rheological properties and temperature stability,in the end,stable foam time improved from harf an hour to 3 hours, filtration rate dropped from 15 ml to 5ml, and the density was reduced to 0.90g/cm3, apart from this, the mud pump and instrument operated normally.The research and development of Anti-temperature no-soild phase micro-foam drilling fluid solves the problem of foam stability and reservoirs lost circulation, expanding the scope of application of the micro-foam drilling fluid.
