The New Oil-based Drilling Fluid Technology Research And Application

In foreign drilling industry,oil-based drilling fluid technology has been developed very mature,multi-application in a variety of well-type deep well,wells and other special process, especially in the case of complex geological formations, with the construction of a conventional water-based drilling fluid spray often appear drain collapse cards,etc., oil-based drilling fluids will be able to mine the accident rate to a minimum,so that oil-based drilling fluids very wide range of applications abroad,has also been recognized by various national party. In China, for various reasons, the pace of development has been slow, the system is not perfect recipe,handling agents of varying quality, on-site construction technology is not perfect,so that in some special process wells,only to lease drilling companies in other countries oil-based drilling fluid technology,high rental costs. Especially in Daqing oilfield,oil-based drilling fluid system in the past,in the construction process exhibited high shear viscosity,breaking low voltage,rheology control difficult and other shortcomings,an urgent need to develop a good overall performance,ease of site maintenance of the new oil-based drilling fluid system.This paper investigates the state of the art home and abroad,and then refer to the relevant literature in recent years to finalize the program of the new synthetic oil-based drilling fluids are several main treatment agent,and through laboratory evaluation experiments to determine the new type of oil-based drilling fluids formula,the performance indicators of the formula can meet the requirements of the field drilling,oil-based drilling fluid system in the past and celebrate the larger field has been greatly improved through the field experiment three successful wells,the performance parameters of the scene is good,ensure the smooth construction of drilling.
