In this paper,15 kinds of the wild vegetable cultvars planted in a single heavy metal pollution of cadmium soil,were detected and analysised cadmium levels in their body and glutathione content, aimed to screening out kinds of low and high cadmium accumul ation of vegetable products and filtering that meet the cadmium content in plants below national standards within wild species.And with preliminary filter of high Cd heavy metal accumul ated volume of wild for test material,to clone OAS-TL gene and y-GCS gene of anti-/patience related of Valley glutathione Gan peptide biochemical metabolism way in the limited speed enzyme gene, while to analysis the OAS-TL6 gene of stress expression in different time and same level Cd pollution of vegetable cultivation soil condition,using the technology of Real Time PCR. Main results of this study were as follows:(1) the different vegetable varieties and the differences in cadmium accumul ation.By testing wild vegetable stress analysis and compared to Cd accumul ation in vegetable varieties up to national standards, it was suggested that the edible parts of 15 species vegetables exceeded the national standard of value which planted in the soil of Cd2+ with 50μmol/L;(2)Cloning two key rate-limiting enzyme genes related to relevant biochemical pathways of glutathione of cadmium resistance/tolerance formation of Kale.In this study, three most conventional gene segments related to Cd resistance formation GSH metabolic pathways were amplified respectively, "OAS-TL6" (1139bp) "OAS-TL4" (1001bp), "y-GCS"(783bp),their number of coding amino acids’s length were 285,234 and 186 resectively.Analysis of gene sequence can be encoded to three amino acid sequence analyses three basic structural regions of the sequence of amino acids;and by DANMAN etal softs result display three fragments of gene sequences and India mustard, Chinese cabbages,Brassica napus, cabbage, Turnips and other cruciferous plants homology is above 95%;(3)Analysis on transcriptional level of gene OAS-TL6 results about Cd stress showed that:after Cd stress, generally, the transcriptional level of gene OAS-TL6 in Kale leaves and roots were increased and for a time the transcriptional level in root was changed more quckly than in leaf.
