Carbon fiber(CF) and carbon nanotubes(CNTs) has the very high specific strength and modulus, high thermal conductivity and good electrical conductivity; Conductive carbon black(CCB) with high electrical conductivity can give rubber products half conductive or antistatic effect. So this article studied the preparation of the above three kinds of carbon materials/rubber composites and research of their structure and properties.The study of CF/natural rubber(NR) composites indicated that compared with the untreated CF, Scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Raman spectra results showed that the The desizing effect of ozone treatment in 2.5h was better, and the surface roughness increased obviously to improve the physical combination between CF and NR; longer time might cause mild oxidation of CF surface. Ozone treatment could significantly improve the mechanical strength of CF/NR composites, the mechanical properties of the composites added CF of ozone treatment 2.5 hours was best, whose stretch stress and tensile elongation increased while the tensile strength and tearing strength increased to 26.9 MPa and 45.4 kN/m respectively. It’s energy storage modulus E’and tan8max was highest.The research of CF/CCB/NBR composites indicated that, with the increase of conductive carbon black VXC72, the mechanical strength gradually increased; the volume resistivity appeared percolation phenomenon, and the percolation threshold was about 25 phr VXC72; the thermal conductivity almost increased linearly. The mechanical strength of CF/CCB/NBR composites decreased, at the same time its thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity had been improved slightly. However ensuring the constant fillers loading, the volume resistivity remained unchanged with CF increasing. The interface combination degree of CF/CCB/NBR composites had important effects on mechanical properties and electrical conductivity, but little influence on thermal conductivity.The research of CNTs/NR composites found that the mechanical properties of ozone treatment CNTs/NR composites was improved, but as the change of ozone treated time, there was no significant change trend. With the increase of CNTs, CNTs/NR composites’ tensile strength fell slightly, thermal conductivity increased gradually.
