Pesticide makes great contribution to boosting yield and improving quality on food, vegetables, fruit and other aspects. Unfortunately, pesticide use can be a human health risk. Pesticide use can also present risks to the environment. Quite simply, the persistence of the chemical, its mobility in the environment and its potential toxicity to non-target organisms adds the environmental risk. In view of the drawbacks of pesticide use, we must do our utmost to develop new pesticides that don’t present risks to human beings and environment.In this thesis, we summarized the history, research progress, and development direction of pesticides including insecticide, fungicide and acaricide.It mainly focuses on studying the structures and effects of Chlorantraniliprole, Diafenthiuron, Boscalid, 1,8-naphthalicanhydride and Pyridaphenthion. In order to gain new pesticides with high activity, broad-spectrum and favorable safety profile, we took them as the compounds and designed five series of new target structures by the means of bioisosterism and union of active group. Their structures are summarized as follows:In this thesis, we designe and synthesize twenty compounds including insecticide acaricide and fungicide. We use a series of testing methods such as MS and 1H NMR to verify the structures.
