Petrochemical industry has its risk by its nature, therefore, the safety analysis of the petrochemical industry is very necessary.Fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) is one of the most important part of the oil producing processes. So reaction regeneration system is the core technology of FCCU. Researches about reaction-regeneration system are very active in domestic and abroad, but the main research is about the influence of process parameters on the reaction process. Research on the dynamic process is few. According to this, this paper established a dynamic model to describe the mechanism of multi-parameters, nonlinear inverse system. Safety analysis of reaction-regeneration system was conducted by the dynamic model of the system.Based on the equations of material balance and energy balance, using the mechanism modeling method, a general mathematical model was established. Considering the solution of kinetic parameters in dynamic model, the five lumping kinetic model was applied. This paper developed a user-friendly, easy operation simulation system and achieved dynamic simulation result.With the established simulation system as the platform and a domestic FCCU reaction-regeneration system as background, the dynamic simulation of five kinds of abnormal condition were realized.The business management mode (Just-In-Time) was applied to safety analysis of reaction-regeneration system. Simplified models of the above five abnormal conditions were established and it got a timely identification of abnormal operating conditions. To verify the accuracy of JIT safety analysis, this paper conducted fuzzy reasoning.The results show that, this research can effectively identify the different processes running states, have certain feasibility and advantages, provide an accurate and reliable guidance for the safety of actual production. In this paper, the JIT theory is used to analyze the nonlinear dynamic process, which hopes to provide a new way for the identification of dynamic system.
