With the public’s attention on flower medicines, the appliance of that is widely used in our daily life, but the mixed and abused using still exist in it. Nowadays, the main detecting method in flower medicines are usually gas chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography, such methods need complex sample pretreatment, large workload and are time-consuming, and to some large amount of the herb materials these method has its own limit.Ambient ionization mass spectrometry is a newly developed analysis technique,without any complex sample pretreatment and can relieve rapid detect to some samples, it has some advantages such as less sample using,quick sample analysis and so on. In this study we used ambient ionization mass spectrometry to detect the active ingredients in flower medicines and its compounds. The main reach as followed:1. Summarize the current problem and its future development in flower medicine. Compared the detecting method in take drugs to find out the advantages of ambient ionization mass spectrometry using in the flower medicines.2. Using ambient ionization mass spectrometry to detect the chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica Thunb. Using chlorogenic acid standard compounds as model compound majoration the experiments condition at negative 4.0 kV at 100 ℃source temperature use ethanol as solvent,15 uL as injection volume,build calibration curve, semi-quantified the chlorogenic acid in ethanol extract, and compare the results with HPLC. It shows that, although the accuracy of ambient ionization mass spectrometry is less than high liquid chromatography but as semi-quantified method in reasonable ranges it has high certainty. And such method simple,rapid,efficiency has its own value in use.3. Using ambient ionization mass spectrometry to detect the distribute of main compounds in flower medicines. Select different parts of Cinnamomum cassia Presl and different tissue of Eugeniacaryophyllata Thunb as analysis target. It shows that cinnamon acid in mature fruit is the highers part among all detecting parts. eugenol in mature period is higher than that in fruit bud. It also demonstrate that different parts and growth period of flower medicines the active ingredients is apparently different.4. Using ambient ionization mass spectrometry to rapid detect the Fructus cinnamomi cassiae immaturi and Syzyqium aromaticum(L) Merr.EtPerry,Lonicera japonica Thunb and Lonicera hypoglanca, compared the mass spectrum with the standard spectrum to tell the mixture flower medicines. Using ambient ionization mass spectromatry to and semi-quantified the Cinnamomum cassia Presl,Cassia Twig,Lonicera japonica Thunb compounds. It shows ambient ionization mass spectrometry can rapid tell the distinguished herb medicine and in reasonable range it can semi-quantified its Chinese patent drugs.
