Along with development of our society, people become more and more capable of paying more attention on thermal environment, thermal comfort as well as human body dressing, therefore, studies on the relationship of human body, dressing and environment around are of great significance not only for providing references for choice of clothes, but also for thermal environment optimizing, driving building energy conservation forward.Under the condition of cold climate, by means of field test together with questionnaire, this paper took the city of Xi’an as example, making use of the software SPSS19.0’s functions of data processing,then value of parameters such as MTS, thermal comfort index, clothing thermal resistance and so on, are gained, with different accommodation modes of people investigated, then the following conclusions are obtained:1.It got the relationships between environmental parameters and thermal consistence of clothing interior and outdoor are gained in different seasons, and found that ambient temperature and the thermal resistance of clothing have good linear correlation.2. Liner relations between air temperature,clothes thermal resistance and MTS interior and outdoor have been gained in different seasons。3.It also got the ranges of temperature indoor and outdoor for thermal comfort, thermal neutral temperatures, clothing resistance range under the condition of thermal comfort and clothing thermal resistance value in different seasons.4.Multiple linear regression models have been established in different seasons, which reflect the relationships between MTS, air temperature t and clothing thermal resistance indoor and outdoor;5.We have researched accommodation styles of people for thermal comfort in different environment in each season, the key point being changing dressing situation,which could realize by either adding or reducing garment accessories, changing the size of neckline and so on. The results indicate that in this way thermal sensation of people can be improved, concretely, values of MTS can be changed by ±0.05-±0.44, if thermal resistance has been changed by ±0.1clo. People’s dressing behavior could be guided better based on this paper.Key points of combination of researches on clothing thermal resistance, thermal environment and buildings energy conservation lay in effective communications between thermal dynamics and cosmetic science, then centered on human’s thermal comfort, we could made further study on human clothing to guide the study of building energy-saving and thermal environment.
