Sewage treatment process is a kind of typical complex process, including complex chemical and physical changes. Due to its intricate process within a number of parameters which are uncertain and unpredictable, it is difficult to describe the system accurately according to the mathematical model which is established by the physical change and chemical change. In this paper, in-depth analysis has been made based on the existing results. The main contents and achievements of the dissertation as follows:First, reference the neural network adaptive control method to control the system within uncertain and nonlinear. The convergence of the neural network adaptive control method is proved and the simulation results show the feasibility of the algorithm.Secondly, based on the actual situation of the sewage treatment, the neural network model of the sewage treatment control system is established, and the neural network controller is designed which is used to control the system.Finally, select the PLC hardware devices, by programming the algorithms and imported PLC, to achieve the control of the various departments at all levels within the process of sewage treatment. The control scheme can be applied to the actual industrial process which consists of nonlinear and uncertainty to achieve the tracking control. |
