Abstract:Pollution of water circulating cooling water fouling, corrosion and sewage is themain problem of the industrial circulating cooling water. This paper use urea and maleic anhydride as raw material for the synthesis of PASP, through the optimization of configuration and other natural or efficient scale and corrosion inhibitor, preparation of multifunctional green water treatment agent. In the simulated high concentration ratio of circulating cooling water, evaluation scale corrosion inhibition of the Single and optimize configuration scale corrosion inhibitor,get the best corrosion inhibitor formulations. And through the SEM method and infrared spectrometry for scale and corrosion products were characterized and the inhibition mechanism was studied on thescale inhibition. This paper selects PASP, PAA, sodium gluconate and tannic acid as a water treatment agent experiment.This paper adopts the calcium carbonate scale inhibition method and bubbling method for scale inhibition performance evaluation,through the research on the inhibitor concentration, calcium ion concentration,water bath temperature, bath time and proportion factors,shows that PASP and PAA has excellent scale inhibition performance, its scale inhibition efficiency reached 83% and 90%; Sodium gluconate scale and low efficiency, but can also be dispersed; Tannic acid has a certain scale inhibition, but because of its nature is not very stable, Finally it was modified with sodium hydroxide, change the scale inhibiting performance of scale inhibition efficiency after the stable and has reached 60%. PASP+PAA has synergistic effects, the scale inhibition efficiency can reach 92%;and PASP+of sodium gluconate, sodium in blocking PASP+tannic acid did not have synergistic effect, but its scale inhibition efficiency was significantly greater than the efficiency of acid sodium glucose or scale of tannic acid. In the action of mechanism,PASP, PASP+PAA and PASP+ tannic acid sodium in addition to Chelating compatibilization, mainly due to the surface scale inhibitor adsorption on calcium carbonate crystal, the crystal distortion. PASP+ gluconic acid sodium in addition to the chelating capacity and adsorption,because of sodium gluconate has the function of coagulation and dispersion, makes the scale sample is easy to clean.Using the method of static coupon and rotating hanging plate method to evaluate the corrosion inhibition performance through the research on the inhibitor concentration, pH, temperature of water bath, water bath time and the proportionthat: PASP and PAA have the stable and good corrosion inhibition efficiency,the inhibition efficency reached 80% and 70%; Sodium gluconate in the corrosion inhibition efficiency reached 80%; tannic acid and modified tannic acid have A certain corrosion inhibition, and the tannic acid sodium corrosion rate is greater than thetannic acid. In the mixed medicament,PASP+PAA,PASP+ of sodium gluconate and PASP+ tannic acid sodium have Obvious synergistic effect. In the action mechanism, PASP+PAA has adsorption on the surface of carbon steel, form a layer of protective film on carbon steel surface,and corrosion inhibition effectively. The PASP+ of sodium gluconate and PASP+ tannic acid sodium is mainly formed a layer of precipitation film on carbon steel surface to protect the metal surface.
