Vietnam belong to southeast Asia, rich products, the people’s happiness, not only the literature and history, roots go deep, and gave birth to the unique food culture, connotation is rich, Vietnam. Vietnam food culture is an important part of culture, the diet, diet custom embodies in such aspects as spirit culture of Vietnam. Rice is one of the most important carrier of Vietnam’s diet culture, the culture of Vietnam in the influence of the domestic and the world is becoming more and more important. But the restaurant industry behind the booming economic growth, the meaning and content of Vietnamese traditional diet culture facing the impact and fusion of modern new cultural elements. Vietnam food culture how to better inherit and innovation, to achieve the balance between economic interests and culture, we need to discuss the Vietnamese food culture dissemination and communication strategy.In this paper, based on the Vietnam local, from the perspective of communication studies, combined with the local folk custom, in advertising, the cultural industry, tourism, marketing, management and other professional knowledge as the basis, first elaborated the Vietnam food culture system, including diet culture elements and Vietnam food culture structure, and through the docking with the Vietnamese culture connotation, discusses the characteristics of the Vietnamese diet culture, and Vietnam food culture spread education, economy, culture and aesthetic value; Secondly introduces the present situation and problems of Vietnamese food culture transmission, the last chapter put forward using the theory of CIS model this paper Vietnam diet culture brand image, using professional education improve the overall quality of service personnel, establish a Vietnamese food culture spread benign ecological system, strengthen government regulation and the service function, constructing landscape system of Vietnamese food culture spread, forming machine mechanism of the spread of a variety of media and communication strategy.This paper combined with the characteristics of the media, the development of the modern media and the audience of media use, adopts content analysis method, the diet culture of Vietnam has carried on the theory discussion and empirical studies, in order to make the way of transmission channels or in line with the mass media contact habits, and put forward the strategies of the Vietnamese food culture spread, to inherit and carry forward the Vietnamese food culture effectively, and gives the contemporary spirit of Vietnam, the Vietnamese food culture can accurately grasp the characteristics of The Times, always stand in front, time and practice to inherit the bold exploration of development.
