In this dissertation, basing on extensive literature review, refinery water cycle and reuse process route is designed to acheieve the goal of reuse oil refining water of Sinopec Anqing Branch, single factor experiments of precipitation of sulfur ions, zeolite adsorption remove ammonia, Fenton oxidation removal of COD, UHLA removal of chlorine ion are discussed respectively to determine the appropriate processing conditions. The results are as follows:Using ferrous chloride as precipitating agent to remove sulfur ions from recycled cooling water, research the effects of temperatures pH and the amount of ferrous chloride, results demonstrated the appropriate treatment conditions for sulfur ions removal is temperature 35 ℃, pH 10, the amount of ferrous chloride 8.0 mg/200 mL,under this condition the sulfur ions removal ratio reach 96.5%.Using zeolite method to remove ammonia, ammonia nitrogen removal is almost a linear relationship with the amount of zeolite added; results demonstrated the appropriate treatment conditions for ammonia nitrogen removal is pH 6, adsorption time 60 min, the amount of zeolite 3.0 mg, ammonia nitrogen removal rate reach 80%.Using Fenton oxidation to remove COD from recycled cooling water, research the effects of amount of hydrogen peroxide, amount of FeSO4.7H2O, pH, reaction time on the rate of COD removal, results demonstrated the appropriate treatment conditions for COD removal is pH 4, hydrogen peroxide/COD 2.16, FeSO4.7H2O 0.3 g, reaction time is 60 min, the COD removal rate reach 86%.Investigate chloride removal from recycled cooling water with UHLA by precipitation of Calcium oxide (CaO) and sodium aluminates (NaA102) as chemical reagents.Laboratory experiments demonstrated the appropriate treatment conditions for chloride removal is doses of Ca:Al:Cl 5:3:1, temperature 35℃, reaction time 40 min, the chloride removal ratio reach 80.05%.Optimal conditions determined by the experiment as the water treatment process conditions. After treatment water reach the reuse water indicators, indicating that the process is feasible for industrial applications.
