Different from general black oil, surface fluid in F bolck,Daqing oilfield has a characteristic of two-phase( oil and gas) coexistence, high content of light hydrocarbon, o、low density、high shrinkage、high gas-oil ratio. So fluid in F block is a kind of fluid that have a exceptional property and belong to the exceptional reservoir. It also have a characteristic of volatile reservoir. In order to efficiently develop the block, determine the fluid type through the analysis of fluid physical properties is the premise of the large-scale development of this block and analysis the affecting factors of productivity. So measures to boost production is obtained. In this paper, reservoir fluid component is synthesized by surface fluid component of two typical wells in F block and simulate the PVT experiment of reservoir fluid by PVT simulator.Compared with two typical wells of black oil,the volume factor, viscosity and shrinkability of reservoir fluid is analysed. Using the physical property analysis, determine the fluid type of F block through the method of physical characteristics analysis of crude oil, the liquid volume and the dimensionless pressure curve and experience discriminant of component of well fluid.Using E300 in eclipse and PVT simulator, establishe mathematical model and compare with actual production.Change the parameter in reservoir simulator and PVT simulator and get the impact of GOR, surface oil density, initial resevoir oil viscosity, saturation pressure, production time, wellhead pressure, choke size, producing rate and timing of water injection on deliverability. The results showed that:compared with black oil, the volume factor and shrinkability of reservoir fluid in F block is large, density and viscosity is small. Through a variety of methods to determine the fluid is volatile oil. When bottom hole flowing pressure is greater than the saturation pressure:the bigger the GOR is, the bigger the deliverability is; the bigger the surface oil density is, the bigger the deliverability is; the bigger the initial reservoir oil viscosity is, the smaller the deliverability is; the bigger the initial volume factor is,the bigger the deliverability is; the the bigger the saturation pressure is, the bigger the deliverabilityis. When bottom hole flowing pressure is less than the saturation pressure: the bigger the GOR is, the smaller the deliverability is; the bigger the surface oil density is, the bigger the deliverability is; the bigger the initial reservoir oil viscosity is, the bigger the deliverability is; the bigger the initial volume factor is, the smaller the deliverability is;the smaller the saturation pressure is, the smaller the deliverability is. With the increase ofextraction time, the distance of a certain spot of whose stress is under the saturation pressure in formation to the wellbore is further. At this point, a sharp drop of production appears. The bigger the wellhead is,the longer the time of well’s stable production is. Try to choose the smaller size of the nozzle on the premise that no hydrate produces. High oil recovery rate is unfavorable.Water injection should be above the saturation pressure. Bottom hole flowing pressure should be controlled near saturation pressure...
