West of Xing â…£ district is the four industrialization polymer flooding block in the north of Xing region. The Xing region full access to the water drive blank phase in December 2004.and begin inject Polymer in April 2005.The Xing â…£ area have two sets of exploitation strata, The layers of Pâ… 32 and Pâ… 33 are close to the end of the water drive. The next step is to exploitation the Pâ… 1~2 layers. Using numerical simulation and field reality, determination the reasonable polymer molecular weight, injection concentration, injection rate and polymer dosage of Pâ… 1~2 layers. On the basis of the actual development process to adjustment effect injection parameters, calculate the different injection parameters to improve the recovery rate, select the final injection parameters for north of Xing development zone and improve the development effect of polymer flooding.This thesis implementate of test block water flooding and polymer flooding history matching, different polymer molecular volume, concentration, injection velocity and the amount of the polymer injection parameters optimization by using numerical simulation software.Finally, we determine the optimum polymer molecular weight of 12 million, the optimal injection concentration of 1600 ~1800mg/L, the best injection velocity 0.10~0.12 PV/a, the best dosage of polymer of 900 to 1000 mg / L, PV and summarize out the suitable section of the test block plug combination and forecasting and evaluation of development effect.
