The eastern transitional zone of Daqing SB oilfield have been faced with the gro und facility aging problems for a long time. The production operating and maintenanc e costs have increased year by year. Safe production is affected and the development economic benefit becomes bad. To realize the high-efficiency and low-consumption pr oduction operating, the measures of optimizing and simplifying oil gathering and trans portation technology will be studied in this paper. Besides, the field condition tests wi ll be studied, for example, mixed transportation with station skipping and the wellhea d back pressure lifting in the producing well. The simplification and adjustment sche mes of the ground gathering and transportation project will be made and relevant para meter calculation will be made. After comparing economic feasibility of the scheme, i t is determined ultimately that the simplification measures are adopted that the oil gat hering radius is extended and the stage reduction and the station distribution is design ed. The project is carried out by stages. Three oil transferring stations are eliminated and one water discharge station is expanded, which greatly reducing the ground facilit ies. The performance monitoring data shows that the production operating is stable an d reliable, system efficiency tends to be reasonable and energy-saving effects stand ou t. Moreover, the project avoids the updating and maintaining of the excessive facilities,controls the operation and maintenance costs, increases the operating load of serving facilities, improves the operational state of main facilities in the field and reduces the energy consumption and cost, which making the reconstruction of the maturing oilfiel d become more valuable and meaningful.
