Honggang area, where Block Hong90-1 is the demonstrating area of horizontal well development, is the key areas for evaluating Jilin Oilfield reservoir development. there are the complex formation conditions, the poor stability, the presence of lost circulation, the well collapse and other issues during drilling, while the poor formation rock drillability of the lower part, and slow drilling speed in the areas, resulting in long horizontal drilling cycle,high cost, severely restrict the speed of development and construction in the areas.In this paper, aiming at the difficult points mentioned above, the research on matching technology of horizontal well increasing drilling speed in Honggang area is carried out. For the characteristics of Honggang area, the two open-well structure, three open slim hole horizontal well body structure are selected to meet safe and fast drilling and saving drilling cost. The technologies of two well, four well platform horizontal wells optimizition design are formed, optimizing the technology of trajectory control horizontal wells, improving the accuracy of trajectory control, effectively increasing the proportion of composite drill hole section, and increasing the drilling speed. Based on the horizontal well logging data of Block Hong90-1, the formation rock drillability of the three open hole section of Block Hong90-1 is analysised and evaluated. Through the optimizition design of the personalized bit, and the increasing drilling speed experiments, the drilling speed of three open hole section, and two open hole section are increased obviously. Through the research on the horizontal well drilling fluid technology of Honggang area, the KCL-polymer drilling fluid system is selected,analysised and evaluated, reducing the complex incidents of downhole, and meeting the safety requirements of Honggang Area fast drilling. The matching technology of horizontal well increasing drilling speed in Honggang area formed in this paper is promoted and widely applied in the other areas of Jinlin Olifield, improving the speed of horizontal well drilling in these areas further.
