| In this dissertation, a research has been made on the process and structure property of welding joint using electron beam welding(EBW). As the high nitrogen steel is more and more widely applied in the field of engineering materials, the problems of high nitrogen steel welding performance increasing prominently. In order to resolve the welding defects such as nitrogen escape, porosity and cracks while welding with traditional methods, the electron beam welding(EBW) is innovatively used for the welding of high nitrogen steel plate in this article. The research aim to obtain less defects and high strength of the welded joint via changing reasonable electron beam welding process.The Electron beam welding special process equipment was designed Against the stress deformation to ensure the welding size after welding., the influence law of performance and mechanical performance was formed by Using different electron beam welding process parameters and analysis of different electron beam welding process of high nitrogen steel welding joint. The X ray flaw detection and mechanical performance test indicate that the use of EBW on High nitrogen steel has significantly reduced common defects in the traditional welding, the strength of high nitrogen steel joint reachs 92.7% of the parent metal strength. The experiment flowed indicate that the nitrogen content in the joint is 0.64%, the microstructure of welding metal is composed of Single-phase austenitic organization. σ-Fe was not found in the welding metal.and HAZ.On the basis of high nitrogen steel same material electron beam welding, the article Preliminary studied the welding performance of high nitrogen steel and armor steel plate with electron beam welding. |
