That working with pressure can maintain normal formation pressure is more than common blow off and killing well. It can reduce the using of AF and save the cost of equipment for blow off or killing well. It is also reduce environmental pollution and damage. Working with pressure is using for well repair in oil field. The core part of working with pressure is preventer. The most of all is ram preventer. It is widely used in killing well.This text that It investigate and survey a lot of Related literature and practical work, combine with the finite element analysis technology, make a modeling for ram preventer and analysis. It is simulation analysis for rubber core in ram preventer that based on the use of principle and problems of exposure. The text gives the suggestions for optimization.The main contents are as follows:1、 Investigate the external and china researching trends of ram preventer.2、The paper introduces the principle of ram preventer3、Establishment of the RAM model and analyzed.4、Make a mechanical model of the rubber core and analyzed.5、 On the basis of theoretical analysis, Have a test of the BOP in the laboratory.6、 Based on theoretical and test in laboratory, make a field test in oil field.After investigation the external and china researching trends, this text introduces the principle of ram preventer and make a mechanical model of the rubber core and use finite element analysis. At last, it pointed out some problems of the current BOP. Based on theoretical and test in laboratory, invent a new type of practical BOP, which lays a foundation for the further improvement of the preventer.
