Water flooding law and development law of Chao 55 block was studied on the basis of relative permeability curves and oil field profiles taking 55 block of Chaoyanggou as target. Permeability curves that are able to describe percolation characteristic were attained by normalizing the relative permeability curves of various cores. And the field relative permeability curves were attained by recombining relative permeability data of various layers. Results showed that all the dimensionless liquid production indexes showed down first and then decreased by studying the change rules of dimensionless liquid production, productivity indexes and water cut. Considering the impact of various factors to the decline rate, theory model of decline rate was built by analyzing field water flooding law curves and production decline rate curves. The development effort of water flooding was evaluated on four aspects of water flooding recovery, water storage rate, water flooding index and water content. On the basis of factual production data and considering the influence of threshold pressure, semi-empirical formula induced by Tong Xianzhang was improved. As a result, prediction methods of development index and recovery were provided and the final predicted recovery of Chao 55 block was equal to about 23%.Laboratory experiment is devised according to the even permeability grade shade of the different layers. Synthesize data and numerical simulation results to analyze the differences of remaining oil distribution status and recovery percent from different layers. And draw histogram of yielding differences to confirm the reinforced and restrictive layers. Filed water injection production is confirmed on the basis of injection-production definition according to reasonable injection-production and water production in this filed. The injection allocation intensity ratios of new and old wells are confirmed through the field numerical simulation according to the filed water injection production and injection allocation production ratios of new and old wells. The water injection intensities of various layers are finally confirmed by synthesizing above-mentioned theories and experimental methods.Research result shows that, as the flow ratio between high and low permeability layers increased, the stage recovery difference firstly increased and then decreased; and the greater the permeability contrast is, the lower the optimal flow ratio between high and low permeability is. Applying numerical stimulation, the current water content was confirmed to be 54.57%, ranging in the stage of 60%~80% and 40%~60%. At this moment, the injection allocation of new and old water injection wells should be 1.1:1 and 1.4:1 respectively. The water injection intensity of various layers was obtained according to the new ratio of new and old water injection wells and injection allocation ratios of various layers.
