Horizontal well is an effective methord for the exploitation of oil and gas fields, Well killing process often encountered in the process of horizontal well maintenance, In order to better the horizontal wells with high yield, therefore in the process of pressure horizontal wells, the well killing fluid requirements higher, Liaohe oil field is lacking of solving the complex problem of special well killing fluid pressure wells and treating of special condition, thwarting the horizontal well minor repair work, therefore, in view of the problems encountered in horizontal well killing fluid need to be studied.This topic is mainly through the combine station of Huanxiling oilfield to sewage treatment or adding additives, The stock solution prepared with wastewater as well killing fluid, and reduce the formation damage from sewage, Through the analysis of wastewater in the united station of Huanxiling oilfield, including the analysis of chemical composition of formation damage, the damage analysis of suspended particles on the formation of sewage, based on experiment, monitor the degree of all the components on formation damage, according the damage components and damage mechanism to add suitable additives, reaching the goal of harm reduction.Through the research we conclude the formation damage from the insoluble particles of Huanxiling oilfield sewage, Aiming at the problem of sewage into the formation and harm it, reduce the damage of sewage particles on formation, Using oil soluble resin particle plugging into formation, and using Jia Min effect of the bubble to increase filtration resistance and reduce sewage filtration.
