Pyrazole amide, thiazole amide and thio urea pesticide in developing pesticide is gradually become the new hot spot. Because of its excellent insecticidal properties and broad-spectrum, it is widely concerned in the field of pesticides and its application.. At present, the new varieties of pesticide market, the three pesticides accounted for more than 85% of the total.The access to the domestic and foreign literature of recent years about the new pesticide discovery, combined with their own understanding of pesticide, designed and synthesized a total of 19 new compounds of three series:(1) pyrazole amide class of insecticides; (2) amide thiazole insecticides; (3) thio urea insecticides.Urea insecticideThe structural formula is as follows:In this thesis, the structure was determined by NMR, and the bioactivity of the compounds was detected by bioassay tests. Biological activity test data showed that the insecticidal effect of E1 in compound of the compound of the compound was remarkable, and the mortality of insecticide was 79.28%. Compounds A1 insecticidal corrected mortality was 76.58%; in the amide thiazole compounds compounds E1 insecticidal corrected mortality was 75.68%, insecticidal compounds G1 corrected mortality 74.37%; in the urea compounds, compound B1 insecticidal corrected mortality for 74.74%, other compounds also good insecticidal activity.In addition, the production process were discussion and optimization, find the best production conditions of each compound, to further expand the development road of pesticide, enrich the variety of the pesticide market.
