With the more and more demand of the coke, the enterprises have the higher requirements for the coke quality. Therefore, the enterprises pay more attentions to the control process of the coke oven production. The control process of the coke production is a complex nonlinear system. The good control effect can guarantee to extend the life of the coke oven, make the quality of coke production better, save the waste of energy and reduce the pollution of the atmosphere.This paper takes the heating control system of the coke oven as the object. On the basis of consulting a lot of related literature an home and abroad, this paper proposes the adaptive predictive control algorithm based on T-S fuzzy model, and applies the algorithm to control the process of the coke oven, and compares the algorithm with the traditional PID control. First, this paper summarizes the development of the heating control of the coke oven.Sencondly, describes the basic structure and operation process of the coke oven and the characterisitcs and difficulties of the control of the coke oven. And then introlduces the relevant knowledge of the predictive control, which paves the way for the use of the aogorithm in this paper. At last designs the adaptive predictive control algorithm based on TS fuzzy model, and proves the effectiveness of the algorithm by simulation.The simulation results of the adaptive prediction control algorithm based on T-S fuzzy model are satisfactory. The results show that the algorithm in this paper can solve the problem of the modeling and optimization of the coke oven heating process good, provids the direction of improving the production efficiency of the coke oven.
