The research work in this thesis was included two parts.At first, based on large quantity of solid wastes, containing Si and A1, were generated in the production of catalytic cracking (FCC) catalyst, which was as slag to bury. It is valuable to explore the process for treating reasonably the waste slag, not only saving lots of crude material and decreasing the production cost of the catalysts, but also relieving greatly the difficult problem environmental protection getting more acute in the catalyst business In this paper, the reuse of the solid waste in FCC catalyst plant was explored, deoiling agent was prepared by the novel process for the purification of organic compounds in water. A preparation process was estabilished, by investigation of operating conditions and other factors on the effect of removal of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, to explore the potential use of solid waste FCC catalyst plant. By characteristion of IR and UV, and adsorption test, the optimum conditions for the preparation of deoiling agent was obtained: under room temperature conditions, with ethanol as a solvent, ultrasonic 30min and drying at 120℃.Second, Based on UV curing technology is an efficient, energy saving and environmental protection of new technologies, the preparation of two light-cured coating materials was explored.With the pursuit of personalized, leisure, market demand has been rising in UV curing dulling coating. All matte stain resistant UV coating can be applied to the floor, furniture, plastic substrate surface as a decorative and protective role. Through in-depth discussion and research on influence factors of UV curing coatings, developed the whole matte stain resistant UV coating. It were discussed and summarized how to get the formulation of resin, matting agent, wax powder, light initiating agent and film forming conditions and other factors of adjustment, in order to improve the stain resistance of paint film extinction efficiency, and scratch performance objective.By a combination of experimental selection of suitable oligomer and reactive diluent, titanium dioxide and design of non yellowing photoinitiators and high whiteness formula used.gloss, whiteness, yellowing resistance and other aspects of good performance of UV white finish formula.
