With the increase of strengthening of people’s environmental protection awareness and in order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional pesticides. Study of New Pesticide Discovery launched the "ultra efficient, low toxicity, low residue" and research on efficient methods of organic synthesis and its application in synthesis of pesticides had become the main research topic of modern pesticide chemistry. In recent years, organic chemists in the preparation of heterocyclic compounds with new methods to carry out a lot of research, made a number of good results.The preparation method and biological activity of diaryl ether and benzofuran compounds has been the important research content of organic chemistry, pesticide chemistry and pharmaceutical chemistry. Study of the new synthetic method of diaryl ether and benzofuran compounds, In particular, the introduction of benzofuran ring in structure of diaryl ether, Preparation of a novel benzofuran compounds containing structure unit of diaryl ether and to explore its biological activity is of great significance.In this paper,2-(2,2-dibromovinyl)phenol derivatives as the starting materials, reacted with phenols thiophenols and thiols via the one-pot tandem reactions. We prepared fortyseven novel 2-aryloxybenzofurans and 2-alkylthiobenzofurans. Thirty-nine unknown compounds were first reported. Toxicity determination was made in the laboratory using growth rate method in order to get a high activity compound. The main achievements are described in the following aspects:1. Cu-catalyzed tandem etherification reactions of was developed. Twenty-four kinds of unreported 2-aryloxybenzofuran compounds were synthesized in good yields. The tandem thioetherfication reactions of under transition-metal-free conditions have been developed.2. On many factors affect the reaction had been studied, including bases, copper salts and solvents etc. The reaction conditions were optimized.The yield has been heightened.3. Scope of the substrate was investigated. Study on substrate scope of preparation method.4. The structures of the compounds are verification and validation by 1H NMR,13C NMR, IR and MS.5. The reaction mechanism was deduced and verified.6. The antifungal activity of the part of the compounds was determined.In conclusion, this paper reported that 2-(2,2-dibromovinyl)phenol derivatives as the starting materials, reacted with phenols thiophenols and thiols via the one-pot tandem reactions. We prepared fortyseven novel 2-aryloxybenzofurans and 2-alkylthiobenzofurans. The new unknown compounds has thirty-seven. The preparation method are the mild reaction conditions. The catalyst copper acetate and potassium hydrat is cheaper. Raw material preparation method are mature. The antifungal activity of the part of the compounds was determined. Some conclusion s were obtained.
