Acephate as the research object, this article selected organic pollutants in soil culture condition, the different ways of applying pesticide of acephate in the influence of the migration and accumulation in tomato, the results of the study summarized as follows:(1) The recoveries of ACE ranged from 99.2%~99.6%, while the RSD was 4.7%-12.1%, and the recoveries of MAP ranged from 90.0%~103.8%, while the RSD was 2.3 %~3.2%for all samples spiked with 0.001 to 00.01mg/kg of ACE and MAP. The results showed that the methods accorded with demands of the residue analysis in tomatoes.(2) We identified by different concentrations of acephate (irrigation) can be absorbed by the roots and then by the xylem to migration of tomato fruit. With different concentrations (300 mg/L,500 mg/L,600 mg/L,800 mg/L,1000 mg/L) of acephate in tomato filling root around the roots of 10 cm, found that the migration into the fruit there is a big difference between the amount of acephate and methamidophos. Concentration of acephate in tomato fruits as filling root increase with the increase of the concentration of acephate. More easily the higher the concentration at the upper end of the migration in 21 days still has checked out. Deal with concentration in 300 mg/L,500 mg/L,600 mg/L,800 mg/L,1000 mg/L, in tomato fruits were methamidophos detection, and detection of the concentration of methamidophos and filling root concentration was positively related to the trend, the greater the concentration, the more accumulation of methamidophos in tomatoes, and is still able to check out the methamidophos in 21 days.(3) Dipping acephate on the surface of fruit,we determined the different concentration of acephate migration processing tomato fruit through surface. Using acephate concentration of 300 mg/L,500 mg/L,600 mg/L,800 mg/L,1000 mg/L, then the whole tomato dipping in it, by sampling analysis found that:fruit of acephate and methamidophos in concentration has obvious trend. Fruit surface of acephate concentration increased with the concentration of pesticide and the degradation trend more obviously, to 7 days, the degradation rate were 37.3%,36.9%,54.9%,56.5%,54.1%, basically as the concentration of the faster, the greater the degradation.Deal with concentration in 300 mg/L,500 mg/L,600 mg/L,800 mg/L,1000 mg/L, have been detected, and the trend of the degradation of methamidophos presenting the state to increase after decreases first. Detection of methamidophos in 1 day concentration are: 0.043 mg/kg,0.118 mg/kg,0.0686 mg/kg,0.045 mg/kg,0.088 mg/kg. Maximum 300 mg/L in the sixth day, concentration of 0.24 mg/kg; 500 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg of the concentration in 5 days to reach the maximum, the concentration of 0.35 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg.800 mg/L and 1000 mg/L peaked in the fourth day, the concentration of 0.70 mg/kg and 1.20 mg/kg. With the extension of time, after gradually reduce the amount of methamidophos.7 days can still checked out.(4) Through the tomato fruit injection of acephate, further study the effect of tomato enzyme of acephate internal migration. Through to the inside fruit injection of 0.1 ml of 10 mg/L,20 mg/L,50 mg/L,100 mg/L acephate, analyzing the available:the enzyme degradation of acephate in tomato, and the production of methamidophos, and concentration is higher, the faster, the degradation of methamidophos produced content. Degradation in 0 days acephate, have been able to check out the methamidophos. The degradation of acephate is greater than the amount of discharge of methamidophos. Explain acephate in degradation is not only degrade into methamidophos, degradation also become other substances.(5)In different parts of the tomato leaf blade coated, the tomato leaves at different positions of the impact on the migration of acephate, respectively, set up 300 mg/L and 600 mg/L of acephate to deal with the blade. Through sampling analysis found that:after coated acephate 0 days sampling can be detected, and compared under blade with coating on the coating blade, the fruit of acephate is easier to reach the maximum, then will reduce gradually, but in the seventh day were able to check out. And We found no methamidophos in tomato.
