At the present stage, the status of two-plate plastic injection molding machine can not be replaced in the field of large injection molding machine. In line with the call of “energy saving, high efficiency, precision”, the two-plate plastic injection molding machine of internal circulation style has more and more important strategic advantage. Compared with the two-plate plastic injection molding machine of mechanical-compound style, the two-plate plastic injection molding machine of internal circulation style has more advantage, such as more simple structure, lesser energy consumption, but it has higher requirement on hydraulic circuit. This topic researches and develops the structure and hydraulic system of clamping device based on the two-plate plastic injection molding machine of internal circulation style.This article elaborates the classification and its characteristics of injection molding machine clamping device. Then the internal circulation mold-clamping cylinder of two-plate plastic injection molding machine is designed, and the three-dimensional model of clamping hydraulic cylinder and clamping device are drawed by Solidworks.In view of needing high voltage to overcome the bulge mold force and maintain stable mode-locked, the clamping circuit adopts single pressure cylinder type to obtain high voltage. At the same time, the cartridge valve type of move mould circuits is designed to satisfy the requirements of the speed of the moving mold. To avoid the impact of the high pressure cavity oil after clamping completing, the throttle valve type of pressure discharge circuit is used. And the high pressure oil will be decompression before the hydraulic cylinder returning. The method of servo motor controlling quantitative pump is chosen to be the power source for the system to provide the pressure and flow rate. And the clamping device of the hydraulic system can meet the requirement of “energy saving, precision and high efficiency”.The main hydraulic components in the hydraulic system of injection molding machine clamping device are type selected. At last this paper establishes the components’ and the whole clamping device hydraulic system’s simulation model based on AMESim software, which is one of the most useful hydraulic simulation software, and gives the parameters of components of hydraulic system to achieve the simulation. Through the simulation analysis for the clamping device of two-plate plastic injection molding machine of internal circulation style get a result, which canprovide an important basis for the practical application of two-plate plastic injection molding machine of internal circulation style.
