The preliminary design of deposit mining and mine basic construction engineering of molybdenum polymetallic ore of Chalukou as a large deposit in Heilongjiang province are going to be carried out. This paper applies Radial basis function(RBF) neural network, multiple linear regression, GTS finite element theory and technology to establishing the initial stress field inversion method—HF-RBF-GTS based on hydraulic fracturing(HF) measurement data during the exploration in the mining area,and the characteristics of regional tectonic movement, obtaining the initial geostress field distribution of Chalukou mining area,which can provide basic data for the design and engineering construction of Chalukou mining area. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Hydraulic fracturing measurement in Chalukou mining area. The principle of hydraulic fracturing measurement, general situation of hydraulic fracturing measurement in borehole GK-01 and GK-02, result of data processing are presented.(2)Analysis of in-situ stress in mining area based on linear fitting and RBF prediction. The linear fitting method and RBF method are used to regress the in-situ stress field,the results of which are compared and evaluated.(3)The establishment of RBF-GTS inversion method and multiple linear regression analysis.Establishing RBF-GTS inversion method and the implementation steps based on regional principal stress estimation,GTS numerical simulation and RBF neural network;Establishing multiple linear regression analysis method and implementation steps based on multiple linear regression theory in mathematics,geostress field composition mode and GTS numerical simulation technique.(4)Initial geostress field analysis of Chalukou mining area. According to regional tectonic movement analysis of Chalukou mining area and data of hydraulic fracturing measurement, set up the linear regression equation between the horizontal tectonic stress and depth, then determine the range of inversion parameters of the horizontal tectonic stress with Heim theory and Jinnike theory.To regress in-situ stress field of mining area, RBF method and multiple linear regression method are applied to 3D geological model containing the main fault in mining area and two methods are compared and evaluated.Initial geostress field is analyzed on the basis of inversion result of two methods.This paper builds an inversion method to initial geostress of mining area based on HF-RBF-GTS, which is applied to Chalukou mining area.The result shows this method can meet the design requirement of inversion accuracy in mining engineering, and can analyze well in-situ stress field distribution of mining area. The research result has a certain theoretical significance and application value.
