The coal resource is the most important part of energy resources in China. But directly using the process of coal utilization efficiency is low, and it will lead to serious environmental pollution, such as the greenhouse effect and fog. Industrialization, large-scale air bed technology is the important way of efficient utilization of coal clean and necessary means in China. In the view of the high ash content of coal resources (high ash melting point coal accounts for more than half of the coal resources reserves) and abundant biomass resources in our country, the realization of coal and biomass carbon co-gasification would reduce coal ash melting point and the cost of investment, and can make full use of biomass resources. This paper studied the biomass species, biomass carbon mixed proportion and gasification temperature on the influence law of coal gasification on the thermogravimetric platform and sedimentation furnace.Coal and biomass carbon gasification experiment is carried out under N2 and CO2 atmosphere in the homemade fixed bed. Experimental results show that when the gasification agent is N2, different degree of carbonized biomass or different biomass carbon mixing ratio on the gas depends on the influence of biomass carbon volatile gas component analysis. When the gasification agent is CO2, low carbonization temperature had a greater influence on the biomass carbon of coal gasification gas components. With the increase of biomass carbon ratio, gas components is raising trend.On thermogravimetric experiment platform, this paper uses the non-isothermal gasification method to explore the types of biomass, biomass carbon mixing ratio on the influence of different coal gasification. This experiment with CO2 as the gasification agent, with 20℃/min heating rate from room temperature to 1300℃. The results show with the increase of biomass carbon mixing ratio, hybrid initial gasification temperature and the end of gasification temperature decreases; Straw charcoal lighter charcoal contains more alkali metal, catalyst in the process of gasification is more obvious. The addition of biomass carbon reduce fuel reaction activation energy, fuel are more likely to react. When mixed with 30% straw charcoal, mixed ash getting higher porosity, it explained that the straw charcoal is more suitable for used with XQ coal gasification than pine wood charcoal. Pine charcoal mixing proportion does not affect the SH coal gasification efficiency. In the industry, SH coal can be mixed with a small amount of pine charcoal to reduce the operation cost; even more can reduce CO2 emissions. In home-made large thermogravimetric experiment platform, this paper has carried out a mixture of coal and biomass carbon fixed temperature CO2 gasification experiment. The experimental results show that a small amount of biomass carbon to XQ coal gasification play a catalytic role,when biomass carbon mixing ratio reached 30%, biomass carbon block XQ coal gasification reaction efficiency.In pressurized settling furnace experiment platform, this paper has carried out coal and biomass carbon CO2 gasification experiment. Results show that with the increase of pine charcoal mixing ratio, CO content in the gas rise before leveling off. When the gasification temperature rise, CO content rising trend is more obvious. At high gasification temperature, coal and biomass carbon co-gasification reactivity is better. The H2 content in the gas with the increase of biomass carbon mixing proportion trend similar to the CO. When Gasification temperature reach 1200℃, whatever 10% or 30% biomass carbon adding, (CO+H2) content in the gas little changed.
