Water vapor physical deacidification method in reaction time 10 h, temperature of 200 ℃, 220 ℃ and 240 ℃, finally acid value were only 8.17 mg/g, 3.90 mg/g and 1.57 mg/g, the deacidification temperature is 240 ℃, the deacidification time was from 2h to 10 h, total content of trans fatty acids increase quickly, increased from 0.40% to 20.01%, well above the national recommendation was less than 1%.The high vacuum molecular distillation refining method and technology of the deacidification condition were discussed emphatically of the peony seed oil of high acid value. The results showed that the deacidification technology of peony seed oil molecular distillation was studied, the optimal process parameters as follows: the reaction temperature 190 ℃,the blow film speed was 235r/min, the The blanking speed was 2 ml/min. Under the conditions,the the acid value of the penoy oil was 1.21 mg/g.The results showed that the optimum process parameters:the reaction time was 10 h, the reaction temperature 65 ℃,the enzyme dosage of the Lipozyme RMIM was 4%, the dosage of the glycerol was 200%. Under the conditions,the the acid value of the penoy oil was decreased from 18.55 mg/g to 2.42 mg/g. |
