Currently, the analysis methods are endless in the field of analytical chemistry, when people extracting food additives, natural products and their agents, biological metabolites. It occupies a pivotal position in the sample preparation prior to analysis natural products. In this research, in order to establish a new natural product analysis as its theme, the main contents are as followings,1. A new method of ILs-based micellar extraction has been developed for the determination of multi-class polar compounds in hawthorn fruit samples, the ILs-based extraction technique was not only reliable by its good repeatability and precision but also environmentally friendly. Type of IL, concentration of IL, and extraction time were explored systematically. r2 = 0.9934-0.9999, LOD was 0.0030-0.0054 μg/m L.2. A new dispersive micro solid-phase extraction method by using GO as sorbent was developed for the preconcentration of the phenolic components in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. and Danshen injection. Sample agitation, extraction time, GO concentration, eluent type and eluent volume, were investigated in depth. r2 = 0.9980-0.9990, LOD was 0.0700-0.2100 ng/m L.3. A novel IL-coated mesoporous Fe3O4 microspheres solid-phase extraction method was developed for the preconcentration of five anthraquinones in Rheum palmatum L. IL type, concentration of ILs and MFMs, diluent p H, and concentration of acetic acid in the eluent, were investigated in depth. r2 = 0.9994-0.9998, LOD was 0.4000-2.800 ng/m L.4. A novel effervescence-assisted dispersive micro-solid phase extraction method based on effervescent salts in combination with mesoporous hybrid materials for the extraction of minute traces of constituents has been demonstrated. The concentration of salts, the type and concentration of mesoporous, p H of diluent, and desorption solvents were optimized. r2 = 0.9994-0.9998, LOD was 0.0526-0.0803 ng/m L.5. A a simple, rapid and effective matrix micro solid phase dispersion extraction method was developed for the simultaneous determination of hesperidin, nobiletin and tangeretin in Citrus reticulata Blanco. The type of dispersant, the mass ratio of sample to dispersant, grinding time, type of elution solvent, volume of elution solvent, effect of water, amount of co-sorbent and elution p H were optimized. r2 = 0.9990-0.0005, LOD was 0.0500-0.0600 ng.
