As we all know, the cement plays an important role in the products of China’s industries, as an important part of the cement, combined grinding system has been the hot to research for the scholars who are at home and abroad. The control strategies of the combined grinding system are in the process of studying, they are not only beneficial to improve the level of intelligent control algorithm in the process of cement, but also can promote the production and quality of the cement. Combined grinding system is a complex nonlinear system with a series of features, such as multivariable, large delay, and strong coupling. As a result, it is difficult to control. Predictive control is fit for the industrial fields as it has advantages of predictive model, rolling optimization, and feedback correction. At the same time, for the fuzzy control systems do not require the elaborate model, has been caused the attention of the majority of scholars. Fuzzy predictive control system integrates the advantages of both. In this view, the article embark on studying the combined grinding system, propose the algorithm of the fuzzy predictive control.This paper is based on the process of the combined grinding system of production line in Cement Plant. Choose the feeding and the speed of the separator as the system inputs, select the load of the grinding, unqualified products of cement grinding, and the qualified products of cement grinding as the system outputs.1) Based on the analysis of combined grinding system, the key parameters are defined, and the model of the combined grinding system is selected, the main fuzzy predictive control scheme is defined.2) According the characteristic of the combined grinding system, control it by the predictive control algorithms of LPV, DMC and GPC. It is verified asymptotically stable though the Lyapunov theorem when use the LPV control for the combined grinding system. and change the system control into the problem of the convex optimization At the same time, compare the simulation effect of different settings of the expectations of mill load flow when use the DMC control. Chang the model of the combined grinding system when control the system by the GPC. The final chapter of the combined grinding system with three kinds of predictive control methods are summarized and compared.3) Design the predictive fuzzy controller of the combined grinding. Lastly, develop the fuzzy predictive control system software by the VB6.0 and the corresponding software.4) Finally, on the basis of the completed work, further research is proposed.It is Innovation that propose a new fuzzy predictive control algorithm for the combined grinding.
