Zinc is a very wide range of applications, and zinc is with high use value. Although theChinese zinc industry is maintaining high growth momentum and expanding industry in recentyears, Chinese enterprises are mostly based on zinc sulphide roasting first, and then leaching.Zinc sulfide roasting needs to build massive roasting and sulfuric acid system. On the onehand,the systems will pollute the environment by sulfur gas emissions,on the other hand thesulfuric acid storage, transport and sales are a big problem. Hydrometallurgical zinc oxygenpressure leaching technology is strongly adaptive to raw meterials and cause less sulfur gaspollution. The research on Hydrometallurgical zinc oxygen pressure leaching technology isrelatively late in China. Chinese companies need to introduce foreign technology. Therefore, theresearch on Hydrometallurgy zinc oxygen pressure leaching technology has very importantsignificance. The issue is to control the system pressure leaching of zinc oxide as an object,design DCS, and to study the predictive model based on subspace identification optimal controlstrategy. and its main contents are:1.This issue sets in a100,000tons/year of zinc hydrometallurgy production line that isdesigned by Nonferrous Metallurgy Design Institute, and the whole production process of zinchydrometallurgy. This issue Detailsdescription of oxygen pressure reactor system features, control objectives and key controls therelationship between variables.2. This issue design DCS for zinc and oxygen pressure leaching process control system.DCSdesign includes hardware configuration, hardware configuration, the next crew the programming,process images, historical curve display and alarm screen.3. For oxygen pressure reactor control system object characteristics and control requirements,this issue proposes subspace identification model based predictive optimal control strategy.Simulation checks the correctness of algorithm.Finally, the paper summarizes the various aspects of respect, and the oxygen pressureleaching of zinc into the process control system and possible future work in the direction ofdevelopment were discussed.
