Due to the complexity of geological structure, the deep depth of the reservoir, the big quantities of faults and the broken conditions of strata in the western region of Sichuan, it causes the cementing operation difficult and hard to ensure cementing quality. The factors are numerous and interrelated, which affect the cementing quality. In order to obtain good cementing quality, a full-scale, systematic understanding of the factors affecting cementing quality is needed and the good prediction model of cementing quality is established to forecast the cementing construction plan, to provide theoretical basis for the plan.With a large number of statistical data supporting, which includes geology, drilling, cementing and logging, the relationship between the main factors and cementing quality is built. The effects of the main factors are analyzed and studied and the horizontal well cementing quality single factor evaluation set in the SF region of western Sichuan is gotten. Meanwhile, through the grey relational analysis of grey theory to calculate the correlation factors, the factors are differentiated what is primary from what is secondary and the controlled indicators of cementing of horizontal wells in SF area of western Sichuan are gained. Then, combined with the theoretical researches and statistics, the valuation of various factors about cementing quality is assured. And the correlation degrees are used to gain the weight of the various factors and the sub-factors that affect the cementing quality. The membership set of cementing quality prediction and evaluation is made sure by repeated calculation Through the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics, it can be predicted that the cementing quality of horizontal wells in western Sichuan.It is very useful for field engineers that the horizontal well cementing quality single factor evaluation set in the SF region of western Sichuan is obtained by statistical analysis.It is important to improve the cementing quality that primary and secondary factors are determined through the grey correlation analysis method. The predicted results are very close to the realities, it means that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is good to predict the cementing quality of horizontal wells in the region of western Sichuan.
